Certainly have and was very embarrassed by it. Fiance, girlfriend at the time, was very understanding but still felt awful for making such a error. Haven't got any idea of what it meant and believe it was just accidential.

it could be an accident just tell the person you said it too was a mistake and make sure it doesn't happen again. If it happens again than it means that you miss your ex. alot and are thinking about her when you wit ur g/f

Well it could have been on accident, was he drinking? That is always a factor. I have called a guy the wrong name. IUt ws purely by accident, luckly he didn't amek a big deal outa it

The best way to escape the accident is to chose your gf by names. :-) A friend's of mine wife is Mary and his lover is also Mary...:-). Good luck!!!
