Some days the glass is half full, some days it's half empty. Depression comes and goes. You just hang in there.

Firstly, You should seek doctor advice. It better to seek medication first before it too late. Depression can be cured don't worry. Secondly try control your self try not to think the situation or problem to much. Listen to music that cool you down or doing something that you like. Lastly have enough sleep. This tip is given by my family doctor i hope it will help you. Good Luck.

this is a permanant solution, - try yoga and meditation. When you meditate, external circumstances cease to have an effect on you. Yoga balances both the body and the mind and makes you emotionally stronger. Sometimes, we cannot change our circumstances, we need to learn to accept them and live with them. Practice diligently without giving up for atleast a few months and then it will just become a way of life. You'll see the difference.

Be aware of negative thought loops. When you find yourself entering one don't indulge it. Push it away. Force yourself to think of other things.

Take time for yourself every day and do a good cardio workout. The endorphins put you in an optimistic frame of mind and you suddenly become more motivated and forward thinking.

These two things over just a few weeks got rid of that ever darkening cloud that surrounded me.

Talk to someone u are comfortable with, trash it out u'll feel better. If u need professional help, speak to any of the family service centres all over Singapore, they have councellors.

Take Care.

Try : www.awwa.org.sg/family, they can direct you to another centre if they cannot help you on specific issues.
