Every thing is an actual part of God. No exceptions.

There is no point where God stops and something else begins.

My book says we´re all coming and going to and from the same place. That place is called the universe. From Newton we know that energy can´t be created or destroyed only changed from one form to another. So basically we´re all coming back, to right here, for more. My dog that died 5 years ago at age 21, is still in the system, somewhere as some form of energy. We are all energy, rocks, trees, dogs, horses, kids, we are all energy.

As a Pagan I don't have a book either - but animals are no worse or better than us. We have just developed awareness of how we can affect other creatures and the environment and are obligated to take care of them. (does not mean I am vegetarian - as an animal I do eat meat)

I don't use a book. My book/bible is the elements, nature, and my heart. To me, it says that animals are my spiritual brothers and sisters. It says that they are my neighbors, as well as friends and we should take care of them. It says that they can also be my food (I'm not a vegetarian) if need be, but to kill or harm them without a good reason is wrong.

Well, my book says God made all the animals, then he sent them to Adam so Adam could name them and find a mate. When Adam didn't find a mate, God put him to sleep and made woman (Eve) out of Adams flesh. God made all the animals, and man.

All the beasts of the air and of the land and of the sea are here for human consumption. They are dinner.

We are incharge of them. God gave them to us to use for our purpose. He commands us to take care of them. They do not have souls, therefore they do not go to heaven or hell. They re here to be used in accordance to Gods outlines for man.
