Having a six pack is totally dependent on your body fat %. When your body fat gets lower than 15-10 % you will see your abs. Whe nit gets below 10%-6% you will have very defined protruding abs.

i wanted one 4 months ago n i started to run or walk a mile or a half a mile each day n i know its gettin cold so maybe you can go to a track inside or sumthing and then do 150 crunches everyday or more but at least 150 and 4 months ago i didnt have n e thing n now i can totally see them coming in . . .

situp's any ab work out. you could tense your abs and have someone punch them. anything that involves ab movment. also take extra proten. in the morning do crunches because your muscles are the most relaxed, maxmisisng excersie. and evening do about 50-125 before you go to bed. this build tone

You can't spot reduce your abs, so you have to lose fat by eating healthy and doing cardio on top of your ab routine...oh, and stay away from the ab machines at the gym, they suck.

eat right, run everyday and workout your stomach 4x a week in the gym. it is probably the hardest muscle in you body to get right, so it takes a TON of work.
