Replace them it will work out cheaper.I tried up dating my kitchen doors what a eye sore ended up having to replace them.

Remove the doors and fit white panel doors i did that in the summer replaced 10 doors because we had sapele doors which now look dated.

personaly i would treat them with teak oil and leave them or you can buy mouldings to stick on doors choose your own design if you do this clean door down with white spirit and wet/dry sandpaper to remove any rubbish ,may need a couple coats u/c before gloss

would you not be better buying panel doors you can get them quite cheap now and it would prob work out cheaper or not much in it .. would save you alot of hassle too.. the finished look would be much better also

Suggest that you paint them, after applying thin MDF to the surface
