I am loading Pinnacle studio 9 and i am getting a transfer component error?

Question

i have studio 8 already on the computer. and everytime i try and load 9, i get the transfer component error?

any clue as to what i should do?

Try uninstalling version 8 from Add-Remove Programs (in Control Panel) and then installing version 9.

If it came on a CD, try cleaning the disk. If you downloaded it, re-download it.

If it still fails and you bought the license for it, then contact Pinnacle as they may have a tool to resolve that issue.
