Seen in fulham, london in april it was about a foot and a half high, looked like it could a bird of prey!
Sorry if my desciption is vague, i didn't see it! It was my colleague.

A heron maybe, they are that big.

Sounds like a Jay. Grey / Brown with a blue streak over the head.

If it was tall and thin, it would be a heron.

Usually seen hanging around at lakes, rivers, fish farms etc.
