Try the fat free mayo. The Kraft one tastes more like Miracle Whip (which I prefer anyway)

I love canned tuna with lemon or lime juice. Mayo has a little tangy taste so it's not that much of a stretch. Also, lemon and lime is a natural spice for fish. Tuna is very moist by itself, so don't worry that you will have a dry texture without mayo.

Try it, you'll like it.

Just put a little lemon juice , salt and pepper. The lemon juice makes the tuna moist and it's a great low cal way to eat tuna.

I can't stand mayo because my mom use to wash my hair in so the smell just gets to me but I love tuna.

I just choose a lite mayo and put in half the amount I normally do, add a little more pickles and mix mustard into the mayo. It changes the flavor so you can't taste the mayo.

i wouldn't know though..I know someone who uses ranch dressing instead but I personally don't like it.

Good Luck

I absolutely love salsa in tuna. It gives it a nice little kick and is very healthy for you. The chunkier salsa is best because it doesn't run. And salsa goes very well in a sandwich. No fat! No guilt!
The other one I would suggest is mustard. That would make the tuna sandwich tangy.

Some people use mustard. Some use ketchup (not me lol). I've actually just added Cayenne pepper to it and it was edible. Try hot sauce or salsa or something different. Let us know what you find out! Personally I use Kraft Fat Free Mayo. I add salt, pepper and a little onion powder to it.

There is such a thing as fat free mayo.

However, if what you are looking for is low calorie, then simply eat the tuna as is but mix it with spices.

Any creamy salad dressing that you like makes a wonderful substitute and flavorful alternative, and you can even get more creative by adding your favorite herb or even some diced vegetables of your choice.

You could use a low fat mayo.
I've used part skim mozzerella.
Plain yogurt works, too, but gives a different flavour.
