Sometimes you can't tell! You get infatuated with someone and they encourage that attention which makes you do it more, but at some point it goes overboard and you are the last to know. You've become Creepy Girl!

This answer lies within ones self. Using what others think is not a very accurate way to measure your self image. Now, if most folks thought I was scary, then perhaps I need to evaluate what I am doing. People change their minds often and what is "cool or in" seems to change as well.
I suggest that in being kind and consideration to yourself and others is the best manner of behavior.

If people shy away from you, or suggest that you change, or ask why the change , then yes you can tell if you have changed from good to bad. Also a full length mirror helps!
