FOR A SEALED ENCLOSURE I SHOULD HAVE 0.35CF, FOR MY 8"POLK MOMOS. I HAVE THAT ON ONE, BUT DUE TO SPACE ISSUES ONLY 0.27CF ON THE OTHER. HOW MUCH FILL SHOULD I PUT IN IT?

There is no certain amount you are supposed to use. Start putting it in, then turn on the stereo, while holding the sub down, and see what it sounds like. And yes, you'll need some polyfil, because .27 ft³ is only ~75% as much as the minimum recommended air space for your subs. I'd put some in the side that's .35 ft³ also.

When you first start adding the polyfil, completely fill the enclosure, but loosely. If it sounds like you need more, pack it in tighter, until it sounds right.

Fill is usually used in bigger boxes, sometimes helping in proper tuning of a box, try your box with out poly fill and see what it sounds like, then start adding as little as possible. Until you get the desired sound.
