I have just bought a clip on ponytail but it dosnt match my hair colour what can I use to dye it lighter?

I have tryed using a normal hair colour but it didnt touch it,The hair is not made from human hair so is it possible for me to do this?

If it's made from an artificial fibre you can't dye it as artficial fibres do not take dyes.

I'm sorry, it is not possible to change the colour of the clip in unless it is human hair. You could however change your hair colour to match the clip in.

well this may not be the wosrt thing. because now days sum people have there hair dyed a different colour underneath so its so different colours.. so it may jus look like tht. look in the mirror and see if looks possible that they look they look good togther ( hope this helped a bit )

your ponytail should match with your hair and not the other way around. synthetic materials adapts differently to hair colour. find one that matches, or return it. better yet, find other style of hairclips, there are plenty around.

Don't bother dying it! Buy a new one - that's if you really think it's a good thing to be wearing!? Not sure if the whole fake pony tail thing should be revived...

i wudnt dye it - dye your own hair if it was expensive......

or take it back and get a different colour...

let it soak in the color you want for about an hour. ive tried it before, sometimes it works, sometimes it wont though.
