I paid full money for buying new maruthi alto car with local dealer but still date the vechile is not despatched from maruthi company whom to report i want to go to another dealer who is having stock what to do now is there is posssiblity to select my alto car one among 4 or 5 cars of alto but now existing dealer is telling it is not possble he is not at all giving exact delivery position of my car at this can i get refund and go to the new dealer is this is possible .I am in confussion what can i do now pl tell me

most dealers in an area are generally against each other. go n speak to the owner of the other dealerships and they will surely be of sm help
even otherwise delivery of cars does take sm time otherwise we had bought an elentra and it was delivered to us after 15 days bcoz the car had to b dispatched 4m chennai

I guess contact the local consumer cell . Write off a letter thru them send a copy to Maruti Udyog ltd as well. And of course to the local newspapers. Should speed up things.
I dont think you can choose a new car from a lot as most dealers only get booked cars to their showroom.

Write to the head quarters.

Tell dealer to refund the money.

Try and get your money back, call the head office of the car company or complain to the government officials in your area.
