I would say look over in the Isle of Man I recently bought a 800 BMW 20 years old imaculate condition 20.000 on the clock 2 previous owners just Â£1200 look in i think it is iomnewspapers on line if that is wrong search in google for isle of man newspapers

just sold one sorry but there are lots of ninja 600s for that sort of price on eBay but you haven't said what sort of 600 you want
