We met each other this year in August (we're both in 9th grade). Ever since, she has always come up and started talking to me every day. She always laughs at EVERYTHING I say, no matter how stupid, and she always sits by me on the bus and in Student Council meetings. She also takes me aside to meet her friends from other schools, she'll invite me to go with her to talk with her best friends, and she'll also drop a conversation with her friends to come talk to me. But lately, she's been less and less subtle.... I want to ask her out, but lately she's also been doing the same with other guys when I'm around, so I'm afraid that she doesn't like me anymore.... does she like me?

I think the answer is yes, but I don't want to look like an idiot if I ask and she doesn't like me.

Also, how do I ask her out, since I think I will (no stupid answers like 'just open your mouth and say it', etc.)

' i was thinking about going to the movies this saturday and i was wondering if you'd like to come with me'

or

(pick up on something she's said to you on the bus) example: 'you were saying last week that you really like photography and there is this exhibition on next week that i thought you might like. maybe we could hang out there and then go and grab something to eat'

make it really casual

no pressure

make it a day time thing so there is no pressure on both of you

also you wont have to be too worried about a no answer if its just a casual thing cos you can just brush it off really easy.

sounds like she likes you though

go for it

She might have gotten tired of waiting for you to ask her out. But i'm sure she's still interested in you. Be creative, ask her to do something with you that will help you two get to a more intimate level than where you are now.

Always keep in mind that men get rejected sometimes, don't be afraid of rejection. When you are finally able to overcome this fear, you can officially call yourself a/the man...good luck!

I think she likes you. Perhaps she is doing these thinks with other guys to stimulate you to ask her out.
I suggest speaking to her in private and telling her you like her and would like to go out with her. Also you might say, I understand if you just want to be friends. That will provide an easy way out for both of you if she does not care for a relationship.
I wish you well.

Don't be shy and ask her out, don't worry, for a girl is always a nice thing! If you don't want to ask her directly, use strategy: wait for a party and than simply ask: "I'm going to this party saturday, do u want to come? I want to introduce you to my friends, it will be funny" Spy her reaction: is she happy and excited? Or just embarassed? (in that case you can always say her to take also her friends). This is not a real date but it shows that you have an interest for her!

Listen, your in grade nine, you have alot of relationships ahead of you. I am 30 and have been through ALOT!. I have only now found the one that matters.
You have alot of time, don't think that your world will be over if she doesn't go out with you. Move on!
That's so easy to do while your still young. Believe me it gets so much harder as you get older.
Have fun!

Maybe its time you step up the plate! Tell her that you guys have been friends for a long time and you would love to take her out on a date. Maybe she is ready to move on with your relationship but is waiting on you to make the first move.

you waited to long, maybe shes just a flirt. you wont know until you ask her out, give it a shot, you wont die from rejection (although youll wish you would afterwards) but you'll be fine, so just ask her because thats the only forsure way. dont be afraid to take a risk <3 she may like you ;) i think she sorta does!
