specific, on extra desirable than one occasion. I additionally had to tell a woman she had an offensive fishy odour that replaced into frightening different contributors of artwork tension. between the downsides of being a supervisor is having to tell people they scent while a criticism is made. One lad smelt so undesirable that he replaced into making people wretch, it wasn't BO, it replaced into organic dirt!! The reactions have been mixed, the fishy female burst into tears, it became out she had a medical situation which made her emit this stale fishy scent and the adult men took it somewhat extra desirable, yet all have been of course indignant. while there are various people working heavily mutually in an place of work ecosystem, own hygiene is of severe importance. i'm uncertain who felt worse nonetheless, i replaced into sick with nerves every time I had to do it and that may no longer something i might % to ought to do lower back.

Thats pretty tough to tell a girl she has an odour problem. Just secretly spray something on her shirt so you dont hurt her feelings.

You can't be polite about it unfortunately - They don't take it in unless it comes across as harsh. I had to tell someone, He didn't like it but he did get a bit better but not a lot. Some people just have poor hygiene and don't see a problem.

Nope. But I did tell a colleague that his feet stank. It did not go down well. But it was the truth and I know I would want someone to be honest with me if I smelt bad. Just say it in a kind and friendly way.

Your rude your going to mess her up in her head and make her quit. Dont tell her!!!!! But what you can do is get some bod spray or something like that walk behind her and spray It at her and tell her that it was an accident then spray it at her again. the smell will eventually go away. Make it look like it is an accident when you are spraying it around her.

Don't tell Her YOurself. Tell Your boss about the problem. It is His duty to take care of it-lawfully. If You tell her she could go to the boss and more than likely the boss will be embarassed and blame You, so...........Just tell the boss and let them know You want them to tell her without Her knowing where the complaint came from. Odds are, noone taught her Hygene @ home as a kid. She will either quit, or take a damn shower!!!!!! Great Luck!!!!! Jen form Mich.

Oh the dreadded Hygine question
If you just aren't bold enough to tell her... give her a note
I hate to tell you this but you need to pay attention to your personal hygine
I told a guy at work... we work in a resturaunt together as Chefs in a pretty small kitchen... close quarters
Hey buddy... with as busy as we are around here and as hard as we work we ALL need to be wearing extra strength deodorant
then I winked at him and smiled...
He got the message... so now when anyone joins our teaam he is the first to tell them ...Make sure you have good deodorant...lol now it is a fun way to welcome people.. we do it with the wait staff too... no one wants to be served by Stinky Doogan

Be nice about it. Maybe set up a raffle w/Bath and Body works stuff in a gift basket (you be in charge of it..), and rig it to make her win....then compliment how nice she smells, and maybe she'll like the compliments so much that she'll focus on smelling good every day.

Yes, I have. This is a very delicate issue. Most of us I contend would want to know. I suggest discussing this issue with your supervisor. The supervisor should be the one to discuss this with your co-worker. I hope this approach is helpful.
