A 3-egg white omelette fried in a non-stick pan using a little bit (1/3 tsp) of extra virgin olive oil, with a slice of fat-free processed cheese and 3 tbsp of salsa. Mix some spices into the egg-white mixture before pouring it into the pan such as cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion and garlic powder and oregano. YUMMY! Only 112 calories, 1 gram of fat and 7 grams of carbs. Keeps me full all morning!

Essential Choice Bran Flakes. 3/4 of a cup has only 90 calories and half a gram of fat! You get used to them. I eat it with Skim milk (which ROCKS!!). I don't eat a whole ton (don't call me anorexic either), so I end up having less than a serving. But, it jump starts my day.

Maple Brown Sugar (weight loss kind) Oatmeal. Use fat free milk instead of water. It has high fiber which is good for you and filling. I love waking up and having a warm bowl of Maple Oatmeal. YUM!
