I am able to download a call log from my mobile phone account to excel is csv format. Im trying to manipulate the date to show when the acitivity peaks and how long I am on the phone for and how many calls I make each day. This is part of an ongoing relapse prevention plan that I am trying to implement for a mental health condition I suffer with.

Highlight the text portion of the bill, copy it (ctrl+c) open word, paste it (ctrl+v) now use the search and replace option of word to replace the space with , and space (you can do that manually as well).. then you can copy and paste the same in excel.. btw.. do not save the thingy you have done in `word' or else it might get embedded with encoding characters wchich might hamper with excel
