Not only is it wrong, it's illegal. If you are caught doing this, you can and will go to jail. You are invading the privacy of those ladies and, I might add, being more than a bit of a pervert.

Hell yea that **** is wrong. You could go to jail for it. So doesn't that mean if it's equals jail than it must me wrong. And how do you think the women feel whom skirts you've been looking up. They feel like you have invaded there privacy. They can't walk around and shop and be safe because of a freak like you. Who has nothign better to do with his self and his time but look up womens skit's w/ his cell phone. Personal observation is that 80% of pedestrians just walk out into the road before even thinking about looking for traffic.Then they wonder where the noise of car horns are coming from.As regards the car driver being breathalised,that is now standard procedure when Police attend an incident involving a vehicle......
