Every place on earth is owned and governed by some country or other. Figure out where you want to go, find out what country it's in, and check their immigration laws.

Just get some travel brochures and before you try to immigrate there make sure you try living there for awhile first.See how you are treated, how you are mistreated, check out the laws,,make sure you can support yourself.Be very careful because you may end up stuck some where you hate or they hate you.If you didn't sat warmer then I too would say parts of Canada.
I cant recommend any where its warmer Sorry.

Go to a local consulate and apply. Canada is open to an application from you. The weather in Victoria B.C. is pretty good.

Hah, well, are you SURE you don't want to go to Finland? We have the lowest population density in Europe? (But we are also consistently about 10 degrees celsius colder.)
