Call 911. Get plenty of clean sheets, towels, and water. Get her to a comfortable spot. A bath tub filled with water would be great. I'd clean it first though. and rinse it out lots. Get the nose suction for the baby just in case the baby is born before help arrives. And most importantly: STAY CALM. Don't give the mom any food whatsoever. You don't want her to **** on herself when she's ready to push. :D Good luck. And where do you live anyway where there's no help for 10 hours!!!

So, you thought you would just go on to Yahoo Answers - that will comfort her. Can't imagine where you live that you are 10 hours away from help. Just deliver the baby yourself. Sure you can find a step by step guide on the internet.

Is this a wind up?! If not then do you have access to hot water and towels? Most important thing is to keep things as sterile as possible. As for position I would say on her back. I can't give medical advice as I'm not a doctor but keep her calm and good luck! (This had better not be a trick!).

Put her in the bathtub with warm water and have her push the baby out. She'll be fine.

Put the kettle on. I'm not sure why but apparently it helps, they do it in all the films ...
