I tell him I want to dump him and he gets angry so I don't then I tell him I need to go dump another guy for him and he acts like he doesn't care if I go to this guy's house why? Shouldn't he get angry about this? He is 15.

Ya know. Just a few years ago it was OK for people especially youngsters to just date. Reading yahoo answers it seems like you crazy kids think you need to be in monogamous relationships from the get go.
You don't need to be dumping anybody. What's wrong with dating a lot of guys if you are popular? Just because you date a guy a couple times doesn't mean you owe him exclusivity, or him you.

Okay, why do you care if he gets angry or not? Are you trying to deliberately see him hurting or something? You are dumping him, then when he gets mad you decide not to do dump him. Then you try again, and when he doesn't get mad, you wonder why? That is ridiculous. Let the boy move on with his life. You're leaving him for another guy, and that's that. Do it, so both of you can go on.
