It looks like it; Fuji no longer lists it in their F-series: http://www.fujifilm.com/products/digital/lineup/index_f.html
I also can't find it in stock at B&H, BeachCamera or RitzCamera.
Keep in mind that this model was announced on June 17th, 2004 - 2 years is a long time in this business.
