Never cook frozen meat in the microwave oven! Part of your meat will cook and the other part won't, infact part of it will be over done and be tough as nails.
The crock pot or the oven at low temps, maybe like 200 for about
2 hrs. It depends on the peice of meat. Onions and garlic are 2 good seasonings. If you like BQ then add it toward the end, after it has cook for a short while.
Really your best bet is not to cook frozen meat. You should thaw it in the refrigerator over night. If it is thawed you can throw it on the grill. Yummy!

You shouldn't cook any meat frozen. It makes the meat tough because you have to cook it longer to make certain that it is done.
If you must cook them frozen, I would suggest smothered ribs. You cook the ribs in water with some seasoning and onions until they are done. Mix some corn starch and wter in a small bowl until there are no lumps. slowly pour the corn starch mixture in the water with the ribs. stir slowly as you are pouring. it wsill thicken the water of the ribs. You can serve with rice or potatoes or with mac and cheese, etc.
You also can make the ribs the same way and put in some sauerkraut once the ribs are done. That also is very good.

If you have a pressure cooker or some type of quick cooking machine. You can place them in there frozen. With a pressure cooker, you can cook them for about 15 to 20 minutes from frozen state, then put them in the oven with your bbq sauce or however you are gonna complete them. They will fall off of the bone. Hope this helps. I used to have a Flavor Wave that cooked with Hot air and it was awsome...it would cook frozen and kept the juice inside and it was wonderful. you might look around if you are in the market for something new. I hope some of this helps.

Season them up w/ S&P, toss ina crock pot w/ an onion, maybe a bit of celery or bellpepper, and a cup of water. Set on LOW and leave alone for 8-10 hours. Make a pot of rice to go with the final product.
