There is no law that you have to get along.
I don't.
I have learned to accept my sister for what she is,my sister. I do not fight with her as she is just different and I always got in trouble. Ignoring her outbursts is my best advice. If the action does not get the result people tend to change.
Her bad behaviour will reflect on her. If you don't tie in you will get in less trouble with your parents.

My brother and I used to fight alot too. He is only 15 months younger than me...there were times....it got really bad. Why don't you take your sister out and talk to her? I mean really talk to her like a person or a friend. You might be surprised at what she thinks about your fights and how she feels about them.
Lets be honest, part of the problem may be a bit of hormones too. She is at that age of mood swings and confusion about friends and boys...and school may be stressing her out and she might be taking it all out onto you...which would be really really normal.
Try walking away from the fight...I know it's hard, but it will help and thing will get better as she gets older. Trust me on that one. My brother and I live states apart, but we got really close durring our last couple of years in high school and when he went away to join the Navy. We have been tight ever since...I know he'll always have my back no matter what...and that is the best.

My sister and I fought everyday too. Stay away for each other as much as possible. Be the bigger person. When she tries to get you mad just walk away. I will be hard but at least you will be the bigger person. My sister and I have not lived together since we moved out of your parents place (10 years.) and we still don't speak to each other. We are 2 different people.

as a elder ,u have to understand. With two hands only claps will come. try one week, this method. just smile.ignore to listen. If there is no fights from your side, slowly she will stop. .. With whom she will fight? Then surely, your parents will support u. Whatever she talks, dont bother. Give a sweet look and smile. See few days like this. Dont complaint to parents few days.. Let us see.

Fights mean anger, and so it means that you guys need to talk, there's nothing else to do. But Don't worry really it's kinda normal, Most of the time it's because she is jalouse. she is younger and would like to be like you so she "hates" you. Talk to her, and you'll see that she loves really, the only thing is that she wants to me like you.
