clickable thumbnail?

for my myspace layout it says this image removed due high-bandwidth usage u can restore the image by replacing it wit a clickable thumbnail, which uses less band-width. freem image hosting at imageshack. wut does all this mean? can u help me get tha image back?

The image is too big to load on your web page every time someone looks at it. A thumbnail is the same image but a lot smaller which you can click..it will be hyperlinked to another webpage. Because the image is a lot smaller it won't take a long time to load and won't download a lot from where the image is hosted..imageshack i guess.. and so your bandwidth limit probably won't be used up.
