normally BMI (body mass index) is a good way to work out if weight is in relation to your height, but if you have low bodyfat % it becomes inaccurate

for a man if your BF% is below 12% BMI will be inaccurate so long as you are between 7 and 15 % it is unlikely that weight is an issue

blood sugar levels are always changing and not much of an issue (unless you are diabetic)

cholesterol levels can only be checked with a cholesterol test weight, diet, etc are not indicators

Height-weight charts are completely bogus. Athletes are always listed in unhealthy categories. For instance, Lance Armstrong is "overweight" and most of the NFL running backs are "obese".

What you need to determine is your body fat percentage. The most accurate method involves a dunk tank where they put you completely under water.

Your blood sugar and cholesterol will fall within normal limits.
