I'll correct it for you, there is a small amount of errors. Jess's parents can't understand why an Indian girl wants to play football. The family wants to follow their traditions, If Jess plays football, she's not Indian or female. Her parents want her to learn how to cook and not to play football. She is at an age where she could marry. So she must learn the traditions.

Also could say She is at an age where she could get married.

Jess' parents can't understand why an Indian girl would want to play football. The family wants her to live her life by their traditions. To play football isn't ladylike and certainly not suitable for an Indian girl. Jess' parents would like her to learn to cook and stop playing football. In their view Jess is old enough to get married so she must learn the Indian traditions.

No it is not right. This may not be perfect but it is better.

Jess's parents can´t understand why an Indian girl would want to play football. Her family wants her to live by all their traditions, but if Jess plays football, she is being neither Indian nor female. Her parents want her to learn cooking and do not want her to play football. She is at an age to get married, so she must learn the traditions

you should probly rephrase as such~

"Jess's parents cannot understand why an Indian girl would want to play football. The family wants to live all of their traditions. If Jess plays football, it would be considered not Indian and not female. Her parents want her to learn cooking and not play football. She is at an age to get married, so she must learn all the traditions."

This is how i would probably phrase this without the quotations though.

Jess's parents can't understand why an Indian girl wants to play football. The family like to live by tradition, and if Jess plays football, they regard it as not very ladylike, and not culturally Indian.

Her parents would like her to learn how to cook rather than play football, in preparation for a possible marriage in the culturally accepted Indian way.

I think your english is excellent! The only thing wrong is it should say Jess's instead of Jess at the beginning.
