SUPPOSED to start as a friendship..then slowly into a relationship, and slowly into something serious. Friends before lovers....so techncially it's getting to know this person quite well, and then either you let it just "become' a relationship, or you see how things are going, if it's cool, both are attracted, blah blah, and if there's NOBODY else in the picture on both sides..make it official, then take a year or 2 or 3, however long it takes to FULLY know each other...and then BAM..marriage or whatever....that's how the plan normally is SUPPOSED to work...doesn't always happen that way though.
As far as how long, depends on how long it takes for you to know people, some it takes years, others....hell 2 months (i've seen this), so it all depends upon the people, but yea..that's my 2 cents.

When you know the person well enough and have certain amount of confidence & trust in him/her, you'll be sure to know the time is ripe for a good relationship. You don't judge on how long to start a relationship. When the time is right, you'll eventually know. Don't need to worry so much. Most importantly, to start a good relationship needs time to build up, I wld rather you spend some good time scutinizing someone's personality.

regularly you the two come to a call you need as much as now solely and then committ to a relationship. the quantity of time it takes for a pair to return to a call that they are waiting varies because of the fact human beings have unique personalities and while 2 come at the same time it would count on their information of the different.

I would say about 2 months and when the love word makes it first appearance. Go out and find out for yourself
