Umm, if he doesnt want anyone to know then there is something he isn't telling you. And what good is it even if he does love you if you can't tell anyone- that means that you can't really date or have a future together. Don't let him walk all over you.

To me i really dont think he meant it because if he did mean it he probly wouldnt care if you told any one.Maybe he has a girlfriend u dont know about and if u tell his girl might find out.Well thats all i got so i hope it helps!

Maybe. Lovey dovey feeling is motivated by something. So in that particular moment he might be happy b/co of something that has to do with you, so...."I love you."
He might had meant it then but maybe not anymore.
