If you have not injured yourself with a fall or a lift, then you need to go to an emergency room. There are many internal things that can cause intense back pain like you describe. Gall bladder for one, but because there are tests that need to be done to determine which you have, you MUST get to an emergency room. Many of the problems can be quite dangerous if you are alone.
Go now, if you live close. If you feel your pain will prevent you from safely driving, call 911,or have a friend or relative drive you.

When you can get yourself checked out by a doctor. Some time ago I had similar, I slipped down a flight of stairs didn't hurt myself at the time and just carried on as normal then 2 days later when I went to get up from bed my back had froze up and I couldn't move and I was in agony. I was treated with muscle relaxing injections and prescribed some powerful pain relieving tablets. Then I took a course of treatment at an Osteopaths.

it probably a muscle cramp or bruise (which you'll be able to get via turning your head humorous or napping humorous). Does it harm worse if you happen to flip your head from facet to the opposite? Try taking a towel rolling it up and hanging it underneath your neck, as a substitute of making use of a pillow, frequently the isolation from motion and the neck help will support stupid it. Some medical professionals will let you know warmth is bigger than bloodless and others will say bloodless is bigger than warmth. Heat continuously works for me It will have to depart however if you happen to hold getting it inform your mothers and fathers

This could be caused by the position you take up in bed, the age of your mattress can cause problems if you are not getting the correct support.
Keep the area warm, use ralgex or similar, if this does not help then a visit to your GP may be in order.

If this has been going on for awhile it is your bed, either too soft or firm. I had this problem as well. big time spasms. went to doc and got relaxers, went to a furniture store purchased a softer bed. Its really nice.
I do sleep much better and no more backaches.

Muscle spasams? It sounds like the classic case of having your back "go out" on you. You can take some over the counter muscle relaxers and see if that helps. If not, I would see a doctor.

I would say muscle spasms. If they are really bad you can go to the hospital and they will give you muscle relaxers. If you don't want to do that then take some Advil and relax.
