On a MD10, Airbus 340, or Boeing 747, they'd probably do a low circle back around and land. (MD10 has 3 engines; 747 and A340 have 4).

hopefully enough room on rwy to land and get stopped. Or it can circle around (if possible) to another rwy and land. Hopefully (usually) it has enough speed to go ahead and circle around to another rwy.
