Real tattoos are permanent. But I think they have a special something like liquid or cloths that can take them off.But I hear it's way more painfull than getting the tattoo. My suggest don't get one unless you must have it becuase most jobs won't hire you with a tattoo.

Tattoos CAN be removed but only through surgery. If you live in Britain it's not free on NHS. So if you get a tattoo you should consider it permanent.
There are loads of temporary tattoos you can buy all over the place, a better idea anyway 'cos you can keep changing them.

Decades ago, the only people who got tattoos were bikers and criminals. Nowadays, it has gained a certain level of social acceptance. Of course, there will always be circles of people who are against it for religious reasons or simply because of its stigma as being "rebellious." As long as a tattoo is done properly, with sanitary equipment and safe hygiene practices, it is a fairly risk free procedure. Obviously, the big difference between a temporary and a real tattoo is that real tattoos are much more difficult and expensive to remove (although by no means impossible). It is something you definitely want to think about because if you end up not liking it you will have it forever, or pay a lot to have it removed.

Sure, you can get a temporary tattoo. You can get special pencils that can draw things on your skin. I had some drawn on me before. Theonly problem is that they're better for movies, because of the fact that they come off so easily and it will be hard to draw them exactly the same each time they come off. People might think it is strange if you're tatoos keep movig around or if they keep changing. Real tatoos are usually permanent, but they can come off with surgery, which is painful, expensive, and does not always take the tatoo away completely. I reccomend you think it out first.

Depends the one's you get at tattoo artist are permanent. If you are looking for something temporary then you may find ones you can apply yourself. These come in different styles & sizes & they can be washed off after you are finished with them.

Real tattoos are permanent, but you can get either the stick on tattoos that only last a few days to a few weeks or you can try airbrush tattoos, I'm not sure how long they last though. Check out. http://www.medicalbodyart.org there might be more info on the subject if not you can ask.
