I want to lose 30 to 40 pounds in 4 months how do i lose it

do not eat anything after 6 in the evening!!!!!!!!
and spend at least one month swimming in the ocean and sunbathing (I usually loose 4 pounds there)

You need to find a healthy diet plan and exercise at least an hour or two a day and maybe go out for a jog every morning. I think that's the healthiest way and you'll be sure to lose it in a 4 month period of time. But if you really want to cut down really fast, they have diet peels and you can just strictly eat food with out so much fat and cut off all junk foods like chips, soda, burgers, and pizza. Pizza contains alot of grease and that can make you gain more weight. But it's not that difficult unless you have trouble with eating. But other than that you'll lose the weight in no time.

Try a cleansing diet! I tried this and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in 9 days. Then I continued it and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Wait until you are hungry to eat... That's it! Just because it's 12 noon, doesn't mean that your body is hungry. Don't eat until your stomach growls. This will take some getting used to, but after a week you will start to feel like it's almost too easy.

For extra weight loss, only eat about half of what you used to eat. (ya know, when your stomach growls)

cut out fatty foods, NO TRANS FAT!!! keep a 2000 calorie diet (or 1500 if you want), eat more vegetables, don't snack. eat ONLY 3 times a day--it gets tempting, but don't buy snack foods and it'll be easier to stay away from them. wake up a little bit earlier and jog around your street.
here's a good tip for excersizing any time you want--even at work.
pretend there's a string attached from the inside of your belly button to your back, and someone's pulling it. if you do that with your stomache it burns alot of calories, and i do it alot every day, i seriously see the difference.
