lol intresting question. but i look at tha guys cause they are very attractive to me. you know in the passing cars. knowing i might never get there number i dont care. i just wanna feel hot u know.

If you are the one staring you usually can figure out for yourself (eventually) if you are attracted to him or not. However don't assume that because you are staring at him cos u fancy him, that he is staring at you for the same reason as there are many reasons people might be staring at someone (e.g. cos they are wondering something about the person). Also just because he didn't get your number doesn't mean he didn't want it, he may have been shy or just forgot to think ahead. I heard once that if you can stare solidly at someone for 10 seconds you have a strong bond (try it its hard to do randomly with someone you don't). Next time just ask for his number or just make some sort of conversation. Good luck.

honestly, i would answer yes to this question. Now if he didn't ask for your number maybe he was just to shy or something like that, so I guess that maybe you should talk to him, try and get to know him better, and maybe then you'll be sure that he is at tracked to you. Don't try to much though and if he really is at tracked, he will let you know somehow soon.

if a person stares at you it might be because something attracts his attention. it does not necessarily mean that he is atrracted to you. if you really want to know, then find out from the horse's mouth and ask him

Staring could mean someone likes you, usually if they stare but don't pursue it they are shy to pursue it, unless he was staring at someone else by you.

because a person stare at you isn,t because he like you your hair could be out place are you have food on your face so is it fair to say a person like you because they look at you and then again he could like you, really a person really dont knows.
