Take a train ! Unless you are super aware of driving conditions, I'd avoid driving altogether. New York (city) has an unusually goo d public transport system.

I think a train would be better for you because its so much traffic in NY and it'll take you forever to get somewhere. You'll get there much faster in a train but it can be dangerous because of murderers and stuff but it's also good to walk if its not too far.

i have achieved Chicago to Baltimore on that amtrak line. that is effective, a lot of effective surroundings by Appalachia and that is interesting if you're with someone. in spite of the indisputable fact that that is loonnng.
