Yes there are a lot of companies that make it. They usually will come with a foam backing for better insulation and will cost a lot more than regular vinyl siding. I worked in the siding biz for awhile so I have seen it sold.

Closest I ever saw to that was down in Arkansas one time. We drove there to look at a place that builds log houses , and we saw a couple of homes with a siding that had the log wood-pattern on it. It looked pretty nice.
Use your Yahoo Search Engine, and type in Log Siding. Lot of stuff comes up that might help you.
