delete serious questions?

I asked why muslims only let muslims into their holy sites.

Because it is easier to delete anything that anyone complains about than trying to make a decision in each case. If they tried to decide on each case inevitably people would be upset about some decisions so it is simpler to have the question or comment removed on any complaint.

They deleted my Q about daily life reflecting religious beliefs, too. I just asked it again! They also deleted my answer about whether Christian women could shave their husband's beards -- even though I answered it seriously and cited my source!
I think they do not read the Q or A in consideration. If it gets reported, they just remove it.
Yet I have reported Qs that were deliberately inflammatory and insulting ("Why are all Baptists jerks?" for example) and they are still there, continuing to inflame and insult.
It's an irritating thing to wake up to.

I'm a Muslim and I don't, I just asked a question directed to all religions and non-religions.

considering the amount of questions and answers which come through yahoo answers each and every day I think they need to be given some consideration and a pat on the back for doing as well as they do.
