No, I don't think He hates anyone, but He is saddened when we do not treat others with the love He wishes for us. If He is even capable of hate, He may hate "religion" because it has made all cultures do awful things.

Grace unto you, from God our Father in heaven.
There's 2 Higher & High Biblical Gods: Grace & Law.
Friend: I will never leave thee nor forsake thee... Grace
Enmity: I will forsake you, the city, your fathers... Law
Christ is our peace who abolished the enmity(law): Eph 2.
Christ: the end of the law, is thereby Saviour of the world.
(Romans 10:4; John 4:42; 2Corinthians 5:19; 1John 4:14)
God in "heaven": "higher than the heavens": Grace
God on "high", in the plural divided "heavens": Law
God our Saviour: Grace (Higher Power)...grace us
God our Destroyer: Law (God on high)...awful lawful
It's notably both a "fall" and also a "fearful" thing,
to fall for and into the "hands" of "God" on high.

God doesn't hate anybody. God has handsfull of love and compassion for people in general. And, he doesn't care of which religion you follow. It's not about religion, it's about moral values, being a good person, being compassionate for others, to give love and pardon others.
