tell her and she could teach you in private. Because if she is important to you why lie about it that is something that you can learn if you really wanted to learn

It's not so difficult to dance. Just swing side to side to the rhythm of the music. If you don't have the courage to give it a try, then tell her the truth and ask her if she would mind teaching you. It can be fun! Good luck.
