well it's almost "She-eat" but between the 2 "e's" there's this hard letter that's only pronounced in the arabic language.

Don't worry, it's not pronounced 'sh.it'. It's She - ite.
'She' as in 'she is a girl'
'ite' as in 'hold on tight'
One of those great foreign words like 'urguay' and 'phuket'.
