The rule of thumb is 100 lbs for the 5 feet and then 5 lbs for each additional inch. That would mean 135 lbs for you. However, you have to factor in bone structure. Weight is really very specific to what is right for you. If you're concerned, try to eat a little less fast food and eat a little more fruits and vegetables. Also, increase your activity level. Then you'll never have to worry about dieting or being overweight.

Your BMI at this weight and height is 24.3, and 24.9 is at the top of normal. Of course, if you have muscle mass then this is not that reliable because muscle weights more then fat.
If you feel like you want to slim down, drink lots of water, eat 3 balanced meals a day, cut down on sugar and get into an exercise routine for 30 minutes a day at least 4 days a week! :)

Don't worry about your weight.

Eat right and get plenty of exercise.

You only need to worry about gaining weight if you feel weak or if you want to gain more muscle.
