Go for a brisk run, or take walks every couple of hours. Not only will it jolt your sleepy nerves, it's good for your heart, too.

what do you want to stay up for? studying? watchin a ball game? the best way is to get a good night sleep the night before and do non-strenuous activities during the day. don't just sit in your room/house because that alone will make you tired. like go for a walk, hang out with some friends. i guess if you get desperate towards the end of the night, red bull helps some people.

My advice is to get up and do something. Go for a walk, go to a friends house. Sitting somewhere and not doing anything will make you TIRED. And yes you should eat, but like normal. If you eat too much it will make you sleepy. Hope this helps =)

Sleep deprivation is not a good idea. Your body will automatically get tired and lose efficiency no matter what you do. If this is just for a test you are studying for, then drink diet colas.

You can do it - but BEWARE - once you stay up for a full 24-hours, your own INTERNAL clock will be OFF for a Long,Long time. So get ready to have your sleep pattern derailed for quite some time. Is it worth it?

It would probably involve drinking lots of coffee and not eating too much. I don't advise this though cos its not good for you

Try and sleep for at least 4 hours. You can set your alarm clock so you do not sleep longer.

everytime you get tired go run a mile. trust me it works and when you get ready to sleep you will just fall into a coma and you will have gotten some great exercise.
