Hi, i was just wandering, if i eat healthily but don't really bother with exercise will i stay the same weight without putting any on?

Yes if you eat the exact amount of calories your body needs for the day. This is hard to predict though and changes as your activity level changes .

It is great to eat healthy, but exercise is very important to staying toned and also to keeping your metabolism up. As you get older that will slow down and exercise will help keep you at a healthy weight as well as keeping your heart healthy, your head clear, and your stress level down. They show that although diet is important, it isn't as important as activity level. Stay active AND eat well for prime results.

if you eat healthy and don't exercise you will most likely lose weight. If you throw in exercise then you will look great and you will lose even more weight.
