i look at you, then i come closer and introduce myself, and if you are friendly, we start talking, and i will, stare at you the whole time, and i will play with my hair, and maybe touch you "accidentally".

From across a room I try to catch his glance then smile and look back to my friends. (If we are laughing hysterically this is not a good sign for you.) Up closer, if I like you, I will smile a lot. I will lean in close if appropriate and touch your arm in a friendly way. I will laugh at your football anecdotes. (I hate football.) Hope this helps.
