The sugar in fruit is easier to digest. That makes fruit sugar easier for those with diabetic condition. But, you need to consult with your physician about all these things.

Stevia is natural sugar substitute.

No. Obviously sweet foods are not good for diabetes. Sweet fruits expecially are certainly not good too. Try eating cucmber or capscicum, avoid soft drinks and smoking. Or certain medication prescribed by your doctor would help.

Diabetics are to be wary of low GI foods. A lot of sweet fruits are low GI, so they do need to be taken in moderation.
