So there is a guy. Lets call him 'G'. I liked G last year, and then after the summer he asked me out. We went on a date- we just hiung out for 10 minutes. We never hung out in school, and whenever we were together, it was really awkawrd. Then, i started liking a different guy (We'll call him C)! And everyone says that C likes me too... And G and C both have this friend called F, and he told G that I called him and asked him out, when i never did! But then, G asked me out again, and I didnt know what to do. It took me forever to answer, because I was thinking of an excuse. I finally just said my dad was leaving later, so I probally couldnt. I'm afraid that if I say no, then he'll think I'm really going out with F, or we'll stop being friends, or somehing like that. Help me! How do I say no without hurting his feelings or ruining our friendship?

Look, there is no good and gentle way of getting rejected and rejecting others. Sometimes it is necessary to reject someone for your own good. It is because you are not interested in that person in any way. The best you can do is explain to him that you view him as a friend and don't want to ruin the friendship. If he has a problem with it, then he needs to be a man and properly deal with it.

First of all, fake names instead of letters are a better idea.

Secondly, guys aren't worth all the trouble. Honestly, we aren't. If you like one of them go for it. If you don't, then let them know. Guys are horrible at knowing whats going on unless it slaps us in the face. So just try talking to them. Let them know what your intentions are, and follow through. Try not to lead anyone on by telling them there "might" be a chance, because to guys, that means yes for the most part.

It's a woman's perogative to change her mind.
Just tell him you're sorry you gave him the wrong perception, but you just want to stay friends. If he truly likes you as a friend, he'll accept your answer.

just be polite and say not interested. It's not that big of a deal. we all have personal preferences. If he can't handle it, then it's his problem.

Tell him. "After I sobered up and realized what a complete dweeb you really are, I've decided to be a carpet muncher."
