Is there a pill form to take for my psoriasis instead of creams and ointments. It won't hurt my mutiple scherosis

I had a girlfriend with psoriasis (which is incurable as I was told) who spoke with a Native elder. This Native woman made her up some kind of concoction from all natural ingredients and when she applied it to her affected areas it soon disappeared and did not ever return.
