Yesterday I got extremely unhappy and ate sooooo much. I usually really take care of what I eat but today I don't know how to deal with all the excess calories in my body and I am obsessing.....

When I was obsessed about my weight, I would try to burn the excess calories on the treadmill the day after binging. I did this to a point that a friend told me I must have had exercise bulimia (that is, purging via exercise). I was able to keep my weight down. If you go to the gym, you can just workout after a heavy day. Just don't overdo it. I was really stuffing myself then, but I was actually losing weight in the process, to the point that my friends told me I already looked emaciated. If you have no access to a gym, maybe you can do some housecleaning or any chore the following day. That way, you're hitting two birds with one stone. Of course, the best thing would be not to over eat.

Chill. Its okay. If this becomes a pattern, seek help because that is called binge eating disorder. Otherwise, go for a long walk, or run, or swim. Drink a lot of water, and relax. We all eat too much once in a while. It sucks, but its not abnormal unless it happens routinely and you plan your day around bingeing.
