Just tell her that you think she's beautiful and it upsets you when she keeps asking.

I agree with Tony R, if you pick somebody's lines it won't sound true and if she suspects you aren't being honest, then it will be a lot worst.
You know what you like about her, and why you are with her, otherwise you wouldn't be her boyfriend, so you already know the answer to your own question. Now go out there and make her feel special, and tell her why you chose her in all the girls in the world. But the most important thing is to be honest from the beginning till the end.

She definitely feels very insecure about herself, so anything romantic you want to say to her may not work. Just be there for her when she needs you to, so she knows you'll stick around no matter what she thinks of her look. Use your ACTION to prove that you love her.
