Even if I blow-dry my hair upside down and I do; it still comes out flat.

What i would do is blowdry your hair upside down and spray your hair with Logics bodyfing spray gel while upside down. i don't have to use it but when i style my sisters hair that's what i do because her hair is really flat. i would also recommend keeping your dryer on medium heat because cool air and water pulls your hair particles down making your hair flat. when drying your hair use a round bristle brush to pump up the volume.
hope this helps

I had the same problem. I use Garnier Fructis volumizing shampoo, conditioner, leave in, moose, everything!
The thing that really gave me a boost of volume was Sleek and Shine cream leave in conditioner combined with blow-drying upside down.

You should also think about getting layers.

I've found 'Bed Head' products to work, with either volumizing flat hair, or straightening curly hair. A good product to try by them is: Bed Head 'Thickifier' Small Talk. If that fails try the line from 'Garnier Fructis'.
